High-temperature HEPA filter is designed to endure temperatures of up to 750°F. It features a stainless steel frame and utilizes glass fiber filter paper as its filtration medium. Commonly employed in high-temperature purification environments such as spray booths, ovens, chemical processing, and ultrasonic industries.
An organic red silicone gasket and silicone sealant ensure an airtight seal, even under high-temperature conditions. Metal mesh on both the inlet and outlet sides provides protection for the filter media.
The stainless steel frame, available in 201 or 304 grades, is capable of withstanding high temperatures and offers the strength needed to ensure the HEPA filter remains durable and stable. Glass fiber filter media are separated by corrugated aluminum spacers, creating channels for airflow to pass through.
